The Return Formula

Every property on Grey View Realty has a funding goal and a projected daily ROI. When you invest, your share of the daily income is proportional to the size of your contribution relative to the total funding pool. Here is the formula we use:

Your Daily Return  =  ( Your Investment ÷ Total Property Funding )  ×  Property Daily ROI

This means if a property has a total funding goal of $500,000 and generates $1,000 in daily ROI, every dollar you invest earns its proportional share of that $1,000 each day. The more you invest, the larger your daily payout.
