Please read these terms carefully before using the Grey View Realty platform

Welcome to Grey View Realty (referred to as "we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Investor," or "you") and Grey View Realty governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and all related investment services. By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use the Grey View Realty platform and its investment services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
  • Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement and to use our services in compliance with these Terms.
  • KYC Verification: You are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making any investments or withdrawals. This includes submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence), a proof of address document dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence), and a clear selfie photograph for identity confirmation.
  • Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of our services would violate applicable laws or regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation on the Platform complies with the laws of your country of residence.
  • Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and KYC verification must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your information if any details change.

Important: Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may be subject to restricted functionality. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time to comply with regulatory requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on Grey View Realty, you assume the following responsibilities:

a) Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. We strongly recommend enabling all available security features provided on the Platform, including two-factor authentication (2FA), to protect your account from unauthorised access.

b) Account Activity

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorised such activities. This includes all investments made, deposits initiated, withdrawal requests submitted, and any communications sent from your account. You agree to immediately notify Grey View Realty at support@greyviewrealty.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

c) Unauthorised Access

Grey View Realty shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If we detect suspicious activity on your account, including but not limited to login attempts from unusual locations, multiple failed login attempts, or abnormal transaction patterns, we may temporarily suspend your account access as a protective measure and will notify you via your registered email address.

d) One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether to circumvent restrictions, abuse promotions, or for any other purpose, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

Important: Never share your login credentials, recovery codes, or verification links with anyone. Grey View Realty staff will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

3. Investment Services

a) Nature of Services

Grey View Realty provides a technology platform that enables users to invest in curated real estate properties and development projects. The Platform facilitates fractional ownership by allowing multiple investors to participate in property investments through the purchase of shares or units in specific properties listed on the Platform. Each property listing includes detailed information regarding the property type, location, projected returns, investment duration, and associated risk factors.

You should consult with a qualified, independent financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any property or investment plan is not indicative of future results.

b) Investment Risk Warning

All investments carry inherent risk, including the potential loss of some or all of your invested capital. Real estate investments are subject to market fluctuations, property value depreciation, regulatory changes, economic downturns, natural disasters, and other factors beyond the control of Grey View Realty. By investing through the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks and confirm that you are investing funds that you can afford to lose without affecting your financial stability or well-being.

c) Return on Investment (ROI) Types

The Platform offers various investment plans with different return structures. The specific ROI type, rate, and schedule are clearly stated on each property listing before you invest:

  • Daily Returns: Earnings are calculated and credited to your wallet balance on a daily basis for the duration of the investment term. Daily returns are typically associated with shorter-term investment plans and may be withdrawn or reinvested at your discretion, subject to any applicable minimum withdrawal requirements.
  • Monthly Returns: Earnings are calculated and distributed to your wallet balance on a monthly cycle. Monthly return plans generally offer higher annualised yields compared to daily plans and are suited for investors seeking regular periodic income from their real estate holdings.
  • Fixed Returns: A predetermined total return amount is paid out upon the completion of the investment term. The total return is calculated at the time of investment and is clearly displayed before you confirm your participation. Fixed return plans are typically associated with property development or renovation projects with a defined completion timeline.
d) Lockup Periods

Each investment plan has a specified lockup period during which your invested capital cannot be withdrawn. The lockup period is clearly stated on the property listing and within the investment confirmation screen. During the lockup period, you will continue to receive returns according to the plan's ROI schedule, but you may not request a return of your principal investment. Early withdrawal of principal prior to the end of the lockup period is not permitted except under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Grey View Realty, and may be subject to early termination fees as outlined in the specific investment plan terms.

e) Share Calculations

When you invest in a property, you acquire a proportional share calculated as your investment amount divided by the total funding target for that property. For example, if a property has a total funding target of $100,000 and you invest $5,000, you hold a 5% share of that property. Your proportional share determines your entitlement to returns generated by the property, whether through rental income, capital appreciation upon sale, or a combination of both. Share calculations are displayed transparently on your investment dashboard, and all return distributions are made proportionally based on your share percentage.

Important: Projected returns displayed on property listings are estimates based on market analysis and are not guaranteed. Actual returns may be higher or lower than projections depending on market conditions and property performance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Grey View Realty supports multiple funding and withdrawal methods to accommodate investors across different regions. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to verification procedures to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

Deposits
Supported Methods
  • Bank Transfer: Direct bank wire or electronic transfer to our designated bank account. You will receive our banking details upon initiating a deposit request from your dashboard.
  • Cryptocurrency: We accept deposits in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Wallet addresses for each supported cryptocurrency are generated within your deposit interface.
Receipt Upload Requirement

After completing a bank transfer deposit, you are required to upload a clear, legible proof of payment (receipt or screenshot of the confirmed transaction) through your dashboard. For cryptocurrency deposits, the blockchain transaction hash (TXID) must be submitted. Deposits will not be credited to your wallet until proof of payment has been reviewed and verified by our finance team.

Processing Times
  • Bank transfers: 1–3 business days after receipt verification
  • Cryptocurrency: Within 24 hours after sufficient network confirmations and TXID verification
Withdrawals
Supported Methods
  • Bank Transfer: Funds are sent directly to the bank account you have registered and verified on your profile. You must ensure your banking details are accurate and up to date.
  • Cryptocurrency: Withdrawals can be made to your verified BTC, ETH, or USDT wallet address. You are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address; transactions sent to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.
Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud review. You must have completed your KYC verification before requesting any withdrawal. Large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps, including a video verification call or additional source-of-funds documentation.

Processing Times
  • Bank transfers: 2–5 business days after approval
  • Cryptocurrency: Within 48 hours after approval and security review

Important: Grey View Realty reserves the right to delay or refuse any deposit or withdrawal that fails verification, triggers fraud alerts, or appears to violate applicable laws or regulations. Funds will only be returned to the original source of payment where a transaction is refused.

5. Referral Programme

Grey View Realty offers a referral programme that rewards existing users for introducing new investors to the Platform. When you refer a new user who registers using your unique referral link or referral code and makes their first qualifying investment, you will receive a referral bonus equal to a percentage of their first investment amount. The current referral bonus rate is displayed on your referral dashboard and is subject to change at our discretion.

How It Works
  • Share your unique referral link or code with friends, family, or colleagues who may be interested in real estate investing.
  • The referred person must register a new account using your referral link or enter your referral code during registration.
  • Once the referred user completes KYC verification and makes their first qualifying investment, your referral bonus is automatically calculated and credited to your wallet balance.
  • The referral bonus is based on a percentage of the referred user's first investment only. Subsequent investments by the referred user do not generate additional referral bonuses.
Anti-Abuse Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the referral programme, forfeiture of earned bonuses, and potential account termination:

  • Self-referral or creating multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses.
  • Using deceptive, misleading, or spammy methods to generate referrals, including unsolicited bulk messaging, fake social media profiles, or misrepresenting the Platform's services.
  • Colluding with referred users to invest and immediately withdraw funds solely to collect referral bonuses.
  • Referring users who are located in jurisdictions where the use of the Platform is prohibited.
  • Any scheme or arrangement that, in the sole judgement of Grey View Realty, is designed to artificially exploit the referral programme.

Important: Grey View Realty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral programme at any time without prior notice. Referral bonuses are credited at our sole discretion and are subject to review and audit.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not engage in, attempt to engage in, or facilitate any of the following prohibited activities while using the Platform:

Money Laundering

Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other financial crime. We are committed to full compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Fake or Duplicate Accounts

Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, providing fabricated KYC documents, or registering accounts on behalf of others without proper authorisation and legal power of attorney.

Unauthorised Access

Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, our servers, databases, or any connected systems. This includes hacking, brute-force attacks, social engineering, phishing, and exploiting any security vulnerabilities.

Malicious Uploads

Uploading or transmitting any files that contain viruses, trojans, worms, malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its users' devices.

Additional prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to access or extract data from the Platform without explicit written permission.
  • Manipulating, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks.
  • Impersonating any person, entity, or Grey View Realty representative.
  • Engaging in market manipulation or any activity intended to artificially influence property valuations or investment outcomes on the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, features, and functionality on the Grey View Realty platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, text, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, logos, trademarks, service marks, button icons, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, source code, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, are the exclusive property of Grey View Realty or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial investment activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

  • Reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.
  • Use any Grey View Realty trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
  • Frame, mirror, or use any meta tags or hidden text utilising Grey View Realty intellectual property.
  • Commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of the licence granted herein and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grey View Realty, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, investment returns, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services.
  • Any investment decisions you make based on information provided on or through the Platform.
  • Any loss of invested capital, reduction in expected returns, or negative investment outcomes.
  • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, data, or transmissions.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or its services, whether planned or unplanned.
  • Any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in the content or information provided on the Platform.
  • Actions or omissions of third parties, including payment processors, banks, blockchain networks, and identity verification providers.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Grey View Realty to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by you to Grey View Realty during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

a) Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@greyviewrealty.com. Upon account closure, any active investments will continue to run until the end of their respective lockup periods, after which the principal and any remaining returns will be credited to your wallet for withdrawal. You must withdraw all available funds before your account is permanently deleted.

b) Termination by Grey View Realty

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms of Service.
  • Engagement in any prohibited activities as outlined in Section 6.
  • Failure to complete or pass KYC verification requirements.
  • Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Court order, regulatory directive, or legal requirement mandating account restriction.
  • Extended period of account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no active investments.
  • Any other reason where continued access would pose a risk to the Platform, its users, or our legal standing.
c) Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, shall continue to apply after termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

a) Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grey View Realty is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

b) Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through the following escalation process:

  1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact our support team at support@greyviewrealty.com with a detailed written description of your complaint. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 business days of receiving your correspondence.
  2. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day period, either party may refer the matter to mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
  3. Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
c) Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Grey View Realty agree that any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Grey View Realty.

11. Changes to Terms

Grey View Realty reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time and at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and post the revised Terms on the Platform. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through one or more of the following methods:

  • A prominent notice on the Platform's homepage or dashboard.
  • An email notification sent to your registered email address.
  • An in-platform alert or notification banner upon your next login.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms are posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and contact us to close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

By using the Grey View Realty platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grey View Realty concerning your use of the Platform.
